Job Summary

ResilientTech Advisors is seeking a Project Coordinator to support stakeholder engagement, meeting logistics, and documentation for a government-funded strategic planning initiative focused on public health outcomes. This role involves coordinating cross-sector meetings, tracking project deliverables, and supporting compliance documentation in line with Virginia’s Opioid Abatement Authority (OAA) requirements.

Location

Primarily remote, with targeted on-site engagement for facilitated sessions and stakeholder alignment. Candidates within driving distance of Virginia (Mid-Atlantic/Southeast region preferred) or those comfortable with self-funded travel for client meetings. Project does not include travel expense reimbursement.

Employment Type: 1099, Project-Based through ResilientTech Advisors

Hourly Pay Rate: Negotiable, based on experience

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meeting logistics and schedules across government and community stakeholders
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and status updates using structured tools
  • Draft stakeholder materials, summary notes, and reporting artifacts
  • Support data collection and document management for performance reporting
  • Assist with proposal formatting, quality control, and deliverable preparation
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with government contracting requirements
  • Coordinate communications between team members and client stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years supporting government, nonprofit, or healthcare projects
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative document workflows
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Professional writing and document formatting capabilities
  • U.S. work authorization required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with government contracting or public sector clients
  • Background in healthcare, behavioral health, or substance abuse programs
  • Familiarity with compliance documentation and reporting requirements
  • Project management certification (PMP, CSM) or relevant training
  • Experience with stakeholder coordination in complex, multi-agency environments
