Technical Program Manager – Cybersecurity & Compliance

Job Summary

ResilientTech Advisors is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support complex cybersecurity and compliance engagements across regulated industries. This role ensures disciplined delivery across multi-stream technical and governance work, including cloud security builds, CMMC/NIST implementations, and AI governance programs. The TPM serves as the integration lead across architects, engineers, and compliance professionals to maintain scope control, artifact integrity, and milestone accountability.

Location

Primarily remote, with targeted on-site engagement for facilitated sessions and stakeholder alignment. Candidates comfortable with self-funded travel for client meetings. Travel expenses billed separately per engagement agreement.

Employment Type: 1099, Fractional, Project-Based through ResilientTech Advisors

Hourly Pay Rate: Negotiable, based on experience

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee integrated delivery across cybersecurity, cloud, and compliance workstreams
  • Maintain RAID logs, milestone tracking, and scope enforcement aligned to SOW
  • Coordinate technical architects, engineers, and GRC teams
  • Enforce change management discipline and documentation standards
  • Lead internal delivery reviews and client status briefings
  • Ensure artifact completeness for audit-defensible outcomes
  • Escalate delivery risks to engagement leadership proactively recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex technical programs
  • Background in cybersecurity, cloud transformation, or regulated IT environments
  • Experience supporting NIST, CMMC, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP-aligned programs
  • Strong understanding of cloud security and DevSecOps integration models
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary technical teams
  • Exceptional organizational and stakeholder communication skills
  • U.S. work authorization required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing Azure or AWS security programs
  • Familiarity with public sector or defense industrial base environments
  • Background in compliance-driven technology builds
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
