Reward: $500, issued in the next payroll cycle upon meeting the milestone, with no performance issues or unexcused absences.

Professional Development Stipend

Eligibility: 300 hours of work on a ResilientTech Talent assignment.
Support: Up to $500 per calendar year for approved training, certifications, or conferences. Must submit proof of payment and completion.

Referral Bonus

Eligibility: Refer a professional who is hired by ResilientTech Talent and completes 520 hours on a ResilientTech Talent assignment.
Reward: $500 referral bonus, paid after your referral meets the milestone. First eligible referrer receives credit.
